A little about James...

For over 20 years, James has been assisting families, investors and home owners from Malibu to Santa Barbara to San Diego. On a first-call basis with many agents, architects, and attorneys in the region, his expertise ranges from bank appraisals to difficult legal situations, to historic architectural homes.

In addition to the more traditional assignments, James specializes in architectural homes, appraising and inspecting over 200 significant historical or architectural homes. These are designed by such well-known names as Frank Gehry, Rudolf Schindler, John Lautner, Eric Lloyd Wright, John Lloyd Wright, Steven Kent, and many others.

James has been admitted as expert witness in over 50 legal cases, from Pasadena to West Los Angeles area. His skill in legal settings has earned him a stellar reputation as an expert, working with some of the regions top attorneys, on estate, divorce, and valuation issues.
